Criteria: The selected vendor must be registered with the RSH in the restaurant service field, demonstrating expertise in providing outdoor dining catering. The ability to prepare and serve fresh, on-site meals is essential. Services must be adaptable to changing weather conditions and organizers’ decisions.

Invitation for Flights Bids
In the context of the ongoing project development conducted by the EDS Foundation, we are looking to procure the following services:
- Tandem Paragliding Flights
- Quantity: 30 flights
- Duration: Within 15.11.2022 subject to weather conditions, in coordination with the organizers
Criteria: The bidding entity must be registered with the RSH in the field of paragliding services. It should possess certified equipment and licensed pilots. The company should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, and pilots should have over 5 years of individual experience.

Invitation to Submit Offers for the “Tirana Open Air 2022”
As part of the “Tirana Open Air 2022” project funded by the National Youth Congress under the title Tirana European Youth Capital 2022, implemented by the EDS Foundation, we invite interested parties to submit their offers for the following services necessary for the realization of the project. The project includes tandem flights with trike paragliding, solo paramotor flights over Tirana, outdoor catering, and staff and equipment transportation.
Details of Required Services:
Tandem Flights with Trike Paragliding
- Duration: Within December 2022, depending on flight weather conditions, in coordination with the organizers.
- Service Type: Tandem flights
- Quantity: 30
- Technical Specifications:
- Trike paragliding must be equipped with advanced safety systems. Parachutes and other equipment must be certified by relevant air safety authorities.
- Criteria:
- Must be registered in the Republic of Albania in the field of paragliding flight services.
- Must have licensed and certified equipment and pilots.
- The company must have at least 3 years of experience and pilots must have over 5 years of experience.
Solo Paramotor Flights over Tirana with Promotional Flags
- Service Type: Solo flights
- Quantity: 30
- Technical Specifications:
- Paramotors must be equipped with reliable and stable engines.
- Promotional flags must be made of weather-resistant materials.
- Criteria:
- Must be registered in the Republic of Albania in the field of paragliding flight services.
- Must have all licensed and certified equipment and pilots.
- The company must have at least 3 years of experience and pilots must have over 5 years of experience.
Outdoor Catering – Lunches and Dinners
- Service Type: Catering
- Quantity: 600 meals
- Technical Specifications:
- The menu should include options for vegetarians and vegans, as well as gluten-free options.
- All food suppliers must be certified for food safety.
- Details:
- Food must be fresh and freshly cooked, preferably cooked on-site.
- Include appetizers, main and second courses, and field service.
Transport
- Service Type: Staff and equipment transportation
- Quantity: 2
- Technical Specifications:
- Transport must include safe vehicles equipped with GPS for continuous monitoring.
- Drivers must have valid licenses and training for safe transport.
